There's no better time to get out and discover the thrill of riding trail. While the road riders battle the occasional blustery ride at this time of year, those of us in the woods enjoy a wind-free ride and milder temps. And, this is the time of year when you'll see a whole host of mountain bike events to tempt you (if you happen to already be an avid mountain biker).
Upcoming Mountain Bike Events:

Some of Our Favorite Area Trails:
Turkey Creek & Malabar Scrub Sanctuary | Palm Bay, FL
Ho Chi Minh (the west side of Briar Creek) provided roughly .7 miles of blue (challenging trails). Across the street you gain access to the Malabar Scrub trail system which has 8+ miles of designated and unofficial trails. Yellow and Red trails offer a variety of fast-paced riding while the Blue trail is a bit more technical with bridges and a fair amount of palmetto roots.
Grapefruit Trails | Palm Bay, FL
Here you'll find 4 miles of advanced, technical, singletrack riding. We recommend you walk the course before you try riding it your first time.
Wickham Park | Melbourne, FL
The park offers 4 miles of beginner to intermediate level riding.
