So as you know, Mikey likes to ride his bike. Big Whoop. That's not exactly a news flash,... but if you know Mikey, you know he likes to ride fast and when he can, he likes to beat Marshall up the hill (even on his Farley).
The question is, how does Mikey ride so fast? Yes, he eats a lot of cookies and candy... and yes, he drinks a LOT of coffee, but don't let that fool you. He knows that regular training at Beachside Computrainer can make the difference between a good ride and a great ride. Each 8-week session is built specifically to help riders of all levels improve their endurance, efficiency, and power. It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned cyclist or a newbie, the first step is assessment of your physical fitness and tailoring of your settings to meet your specific needs.
We can load nearly any course you may be training for into the system and you'll feel the ride just like you would on race day. The Computrainer system is capable of replicating true road feel including wind resistance and inclines.

Do you offer morning & evening classes?
Yes! So if you need after-work classes or early or mid-morning, we have you covered!
What do I need to bring with me to class?
A road bike (or we can rent one to you for classes), your riding shorts, shoes, water and a change of clothes
Can I shower after class?
Oh yeah, you might want to ;) We have showers at the shop.
